The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Impossible to understand. They had no clue what they were doing or how to solve my problem. I had to Google search everything myself and found out better answers than anything a paid tech could give me. This was not the first time I used Toast customer service and both times they couldn’t give me a solid answer. The tech guy didn’t even know what location I was in and said I was still in test mode even though payments are going through and the owners are receiving their money.

Always easy to deal with

I'll never use this app to pay my bill again. I had a bill of approximately 100.00 that I scanned but later when I checked my receipt other items had been added to a total of 150.00. never ever ever will I use this again. Never, just be warned

Customer service is great! POS is great! I’m a new restaurant owner and they have made everything super easy to use and if I can’t figure it out, I call and get the help I need to figure it out. I highly recommend Toast!

It is very user friendly. Simple yet has many features to order. One of my favorite features is the estimated time delivery. This is such a great ordering service that it encourages me to order from places.

This is the best point of sale I have ever used, and I have used many in my 18+ years in hospitality. Intuitive for front of house, great reporting for back of house. Menu edit from anywhere you have internet access. Responsive customer support. Will be using for all of my venues moving forward.

Toast has been by far, the best POS sysyem we have ever had. I have referred a few of our friends in the business to Toast and they are just as satified. The Toast team is great to work with. Keep up the great service!!!

Toast is very user friendly and customer service is immaculate. I use Toast now for my current restaurant and will use them for my upcoming restaurant as well.

Easy to set up and use! I am a numbers (analytics) operator and the back of the house computing serves my needs. Online ordering and platforms are seamless and easily customized.
If you do not use Toast it is time!

We switched from another software (after 4 years), and so happy we did. Bigger easier monitor for our staff, easy to use screen for the customers. Way more intuitive for our menu, and the kitchen screen is a great tool. More reports for us to monitor our sales and margins.
